Eric Greening established this business in the august 2000, right after the commencement of the GST and just prior to the sensational Sydney Olympic games. Many said this is the worst time to commence a new business. Eric Greening quickly established a good loyal customer base,as he has always put the client first attitude into his work ethic. Eric has been in the banking credit and finance industry now for approx 20 years. This strong finance background has allowed his customers to be confident in his dealings and being able to refer there friends and colleagues in trust.

The business commenced from a home office for approx 3 months in 2000 and quickly moved into an office with a business partner.That business slowly grew and today Eric Greening has his own office located in Miranda  NSW amongst various other professional businesses including various dentists,accountants and other highly professional businesses and across from Westfields Miranda.  He is also a founding member of the Shire Network group and is a member of the Miranda and districts Chamber of Commerce.

As the business specialises in all facets of finance from the small personal loans to motor vehicle and equipment leasing to residential and investment properties and commerical finance including cash flow lending.

Finance has been organised for many clients across Australia covering all states and territories. This is a reflection of the high standard level of service and the trust that is placed into the business.

Further Eric Greening is a member of the MFAA and has also recently been appointed a Justice of The Peace.
